MCLV Style: Rolled Jeans

One of my favorite looks right now is jeans with the hem rolled up paired with heels, flats, or even ankle boots. I just can’t get enough of this silhouette so I decided to give this style a try with a pair of pumps in a cute polka dot print. And with plenty of layers so I would survive the Northern California March weather!

We took these pictures in Old Sacramento – A fun, old timey tourist area in Downtown Sacramento. The buildings are adorable and there are so many fun historical backgrounds that I’m sure you’ll be seeing more soon of this part of town in future pictures! 🙂

Have you tried rolling your jeans so far this season? What’s the best look you’ve seen?

  10. Cute as usual! 😉
I can never pull off this look because the ankle of my jeans is too wide and right above that it is pretty tight. So weird!

    • Hmmm… You could create a similar silhouette by doing a “French cuff” on a pair of cropped/Capri pants. You roll them up inside rather than out. And since they’re already cropped there isn’t as much extra fabric to bunch up. 🙂

  11. I love the look! You look stunning as always! I wish that I could pull off the rolled up jeans look but it always makes me look stumpy. xoxo

    • If you’re on the petite side then heels paired w/ a cropped slim pant can help elongate your legs. I styled a friend for a photo shoot this weekend who’s 5’2″ and she looks positively Amazonian in the pictures! 🙂

      • I’ll have to try that. I’m 5’2″ as well. 😀 thanks for the tip. xoxo

  15. I remember intentionally rolling my jeans up to a pedal pusher length when I was younger. I didn’t expect it’d go back in style!
