Gym Style

The term “workout fashion” may sound like an oxymoron but I fully believe that not only can you hit the gym looking great, your choice of pieces can actually help motivate you to make it to the gym.

One of my favorite bribes motivators for meeting a fitness goal is a new addition to my gym drawer. And it doesn’t have to be pricey. While you may be a fan of Lulu, there are plenty of stylish, functional, reasonably priced brands out there to choose from.

Read on for some inspiration to spice up your workout gear and some fun new pieces to try:

  1. Dressing up to hit the gym is indeed a great motivator. Haha atleast it works for me to think that when I’ll leave the gym, I have lost some good calories for the day. Gym doesn’t always mean that you’ll have to dress all boring! 😀

  4. Great post. On my list are wild printed pants, usually via Nike and tops with unique and slightly scandalous cut, usually via Lulu Lemon. Of course, I’d be in constant need of physical therapy without my protective and corrective Brooks tennies.

    • Nike Free have gotten great reviews and I have friends who love theirs. I’m also a total New Balance girl, I’ve worn them for years and really liked every pair. My favorite shoes the last two years have been Brooks Running (not necessarily just for running) – Their “Green Silence” line is amazing – Eco-friendly, sustainable materials, and they weigh nothing. Love mine!
